Thank you XD Yeah, this is how I saw it in my mind, super scary and horrible. This exact moment is when the slaves would come (with... I don't know, dripping wet blankets or something like that) and take her body to safety. Notice how there's no ashes yet?, because aside from some of the clothes and maybe some hair none of her body is gone. I totally forgot to try out a distortion technique (to make the burning cracks mould to the body)... but it's not that noticeable. I could see how Jack might have thought this was beautiful in a way. There's a certain poetry to the background... so peaceful, and then there's the vampire XD XD XD.
Nothing about that seems beautiful. It's too scary and panic inducing to be beautiful.
I think you did a good job without the distortion.
You should do one with Jack descending in a snow storm during the night or something like that. It would be the total opposite of Jime....oooh, that is cool. They're polar opposites. It never occurred to me until just now.
Jack really is the biggest mystery to me. I can't figure him out. When I think of him I go completely blank. I like learning stuff about him as I read but I get frustrated when i have to write him
